General rules that apply to all play
Play is open to registered account holders aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence for the games offered here, and we verify the details on an account before play and withdrawals continue.
- One account per person. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred or opened for anyone else. Where we find duplicate accounts, we may close them and deal with any balance as set out in our terms.
- Real-money and bonus balances. Your account may hold a real-money balance, a bonus balance or both. The game screen shows which balance a stake is taken from, and the order in which balances are used is set out in the offer terms.
- Bets are final once placed. When you confirm a stake the round begins, and the bet cannot be changed or taken back, whether or not the round has finished playing out on screen.
- Stakes and limits. The minimum and maximum stake for a game is shown in the game itself, and any limits you have set apply on top of them. A bet is accepted only if your balance covers the stake at the moment it is placed. Balances are shown in pounds, so £500 appears as £500 in the cashier and in each game.
- Your account, your bets. Bets placed from your account are treated as placed by you, so keep your login details private and sign out on shared devices.
How bets and spins are settled
Every game here runs on the provider's server. The outcome of a round is produced and recorded there, and that record settles the bet. What you see on your device is a display of that outcome, not the outcome itself.
The server record decides the outcome
If the display on your device and the record held on the game server differ, the server record is final. Your balance is the figure held on our systems, and an amount shown in error on screen does not create a win.
In-game rules and paytables
Each game carries its own rules, paytable and help screen, opened from the information button inside the game. These set out winning combinations, how features are triggered and how pays are calculated. They apply in full, so please go through them before you stake.
Return to player
The theoretical return-to-player figure is published in each game's information screen. It describes the long-run return across a very large number of rounds and says nothing about any single round. Outcomes come from a random number generator, and earlier rounds do not affect later ones.
| What you are looking for | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Winning combinations and pays | The paytable inside the game |
| Return-to-player figure | The game's information screen |
| Minimum and maximum stake | The stake selector and game rules |
| The history of a round | Game history or your account statement |
Malfunctions and interrupted games
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, a piece of software or our systems do not work as intended, any round affected is void: stakes are returned to the account balance and any amount shown as a win from the faulty round is removed.
Connection problems are handled separately. If you lose your connection part-way through a round, the round is held on the game server and either resumes when you open the game again or is settled automatically against the result recorded there.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds and free rounds carry their own conditions. The terms of the offer sit alongside these rules and cover wagering, the time allowed, the games included and what happens to a bonus balance when you withdraw.
- Maximum bet. While a wagering requirement is open, stakes must stay at or below the maximum bet shown in the offer terms. Rounds placed above it may be voided, together with any winnings from them.
- Game contributions. Games count towards wagering at the rates listed in the offer terms, and some games are excluded altogether. The contribution shown there applies even where a game is otherwise available to you.
- Order of play. Where both balances are available, the game screen shows which one a stake is taken from. You can end a bonus from your account at any time; doing so removes the bonus balance and anything won with it.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are run by a dealer in a studio and follow the game-specific rules in each table's help screen, covering betting positions, side bets, payouts and the handling of mistakes in dealing.
- The dealer's call stands. Decisions announced at the table, including how a hand is settled, are final, subject to the game rules and these rules.
- Late bets are not accepted. Betting closes when the dealer or the on-screen timer says so. A bet that does not reach the table in time is returned to your balance and takes no part in the round.
- Conduct at the table. Chat is moderated, and we may remove chat access or close a table session where behaviour affects the dealer or other players.
Questions and disputes about a round
If you think a round has been settled wrongly, write to us at support@casino-luckymanor.co.uk or use the live chat on this site. The more detail you give, the quicker we can check the record held on the game server.
- The name of the game and, for live tables, the table.
- The date and time of the round, including your time zone.
- The round or game reference shown in your game history.
- The stake, the result you saw and the result you expected.
We check the round against the server record and come back to you with the outcome. If the matter cannot be settled between us, our complaints procedure explains the next step, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution provider named there.
