Lucky Manor Casino VIP Program: How We Reward Regular Players
Keep playing

How our rewards work: tournaments, a monthly leaderboard and lotteries
At Lucky Manor Casino the rewards for regular play are competitive rather than tiered. Instead of collecting points to climb levels, you take part in tournaments that run one after another, a leaderboard that resets every month, and lotteries that run alongside them. A tiered VIP club with ranks and a personal host is not among our current promotions.
That suits players who like a target. Every tournament has an end date and a prize pool, the leaderboard starts fresh at the beginning of each month, and the lotteries hand out physical prizes as well as cash. Seven weekly deals also run in the background, and you will find them in the bonuses tab of your balance area.
| Route | What it pays | How often it runs |
|---|---|---|
| Tournaments | A share of a £2,500 prize pool, plus free spins, no-deposit bonuses and tech gadgets | A new one starts as soon as the previous one ends |
| Monthly leaderboard | Prizes for the top-placed players | Ranks reset at the start of each month |
| Lotteries | Phones, TVs, speakers, watches and cash | Alongside the tournaments |
| Weekly deals | Free spins and deposit-match offers | Seven deals each week, in the bonuses tab |
All four routes are open to every account from the day you register. There is no minimum stake history to unlock them and no invitation to wait for, so a player in their first week can finish a tournament in the prizes just as a long-standing player can.
Tournaments: the £2,500 prize pool and how to take part
Our tournaments carry a prize pool of £2,500 and they run continuously: when one finishes, the next begins. Prizes are not limited to cash. Free spins, no-deposit bonuses and tech gadgets such as phones, TVs, speakers and watches are all part of what gets handed out.
- Open the Tournaments tab
Tournaments sit in the main menu, next to Leaderboard and Lotteries, so you can see what is running now.
- Check the qualifying games
Some promotions are restricted to particular games or categories, so look over the terms of the tournament you want to enter before you start staking.
- Play the qualifying rounds
Your play on those games builds your position for as long as the tournament is open.
- Collect what you finish with
Cash, free spins and bonus prizes land in your account; bonus prizes carry wagering, which we set out further down this page.
The monthly leaderboard: time in games sets the ranking
Our monthly leaderboard ranks players by the time they spend in games rather than by how much they stake. The table resets at the start of every month, and the players at the top of it receive prizes. Prizes across the leaderboard and tournaments include free spins, no-deposit bonuses and gadgets.

A reset each month is worth knowing about if you play in bursts. A strong finish in one month does not carry over into the next, and a quiet month costs you nothing in the one that follows. You start level with everyone else on the first of the month.
Lotteries: gadget and cash prizes alongside the tournaments
Lotteries run next to the tournaments and have their own tab in the main menu. The prize list covers phones, TVs, radio speakers, watches and cash, so a draw can land you something to take home as well as a balance top-up.
Treat the draws the way you would treat any promotion with us: read the terms of the specific lottery first, since some offers are tied to particular games or categories. Duplicate accounts are not allowed, so one person entering twice is not an option.
What you need to do before a prize becomes withdrawable cash
Prizes that arrive as bonus funds or free spins come with wagering, and the clock on them is short. Bonus funds carry 35× wagering. Winnings from free spins carry 3× wagering. Either way, you have 7 days from activation to finish the requirement, and while bonus funds are in play the maximum bet is £2 per spin.
| Prize type | Wagering | Time to complete | Max bet while wagering |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bonus funds | 35× the bonus amount | 7 days from activation | £2 per spin |
| Free spins | 3× the winnings from the spins | 7 days from activation | £2 per spin |
Two worked examples with the real numbers
- £50 in bonus funds. At 35× wagering, that is £50 × 35 = £1,750 of play to complete. Staking the £2 maximum on every spin, that works out at 875 spins inside the 7-day window.
- Free spins that return £20. At 3× wagering on the winnings, that is £20 × 3 = £60 of play before the money is yours to withdraw. At £2 a spin that is 30 spins, which most players clear in a single sitting.
The gap between those two numbers is the thing to plan around. A free-spin prize clears quickly; a large bonus-funds prize needs a realistic amount of play inside a week. Before you activate a big bonus, work out how many spins £1,750 or more actually means for you, and only take it on if that fits the time and the budget you have.
One more practical point: some promotions only count play on set games or categories, so check which titles qualify before you start staking a bonus. Games are entertainment and the outcomes are random, so stake only what you are happy to lose, prize or no prize.
Staying in control while you play for prizes
A leaderboard that counts time in games can nudge you into longer sessions than you meant, so we give you tools to set your own ceiling. You can apply deposit limits, time limits and self-exclusion from your account, and we also link to gambling-support organisations. Accounts are open only to players aged 18 and over, and age verification is part of how we keep it that way.
On the security side, your account is protected by SSL encryption and two-factor authentication at the withdrawal stage. We hold a gaming licence and run a verification check on every account before the first payout, with anti-money-laundering procedures behind it. Documents for that check can be uploaded in your account area or sent in through our support team.
If a prize or a ranking needs sorting out
Our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through live chat, email and phone, and there is an FAQ section on the site for the quick questions. Support is provided in English. If a tournament prize or a leaderboard position does not look right to you, get in touch while the round is still fresh and have your account details to hand.
